At Varastraa, “our reason for being” is to revive traditional artforms, and apply them to handwoven fabric, to create contemporary sarees and accessories that are truly beautiful, as well as, earth, and people friendly.

These fabrics and processes are all-natural and the people involved in each creation derive a sustainable source of income through their work with us.

It’s all about taking pride in our heritage, the sheer happiness of knowing that we assist in making artists self-reliant, doing good for our environment, And of course, making you feel special each time you wear a Varastraa creation.
